What you can expect from us
We will be patient and listen to your concerns. As a courtesy to you, we will retrieve all insurance information as well as provide billing and follow up with your insurance company. We vow to be understanding and respectful of your financial situation and will give you an estimate for your dental treatment investment at the time of your visit.
We will provide a reminder call of your confirmed appointment(s) two business days prior to your appointment. Also, we set aside emergency “time slots” throughout the day to accommodate your genuine emergencies, if they should arise. We are available during holidays and weekends for dental emergencies for our current patients.
Our staff attends continuing education courses to ensure that you benefit from the latest techniques, materials and knowledge throughout your dental treatment. Specialists are available in office if your oral health requires. After you have completed dental treatment with us, we will call to see how you are doing as well as answer any questions or concerns you might have. We truly appreciate all feedback you are able to offer us to help improve our service to you in the future.
What can we expect from you
Please understand that your dental benefits are through your insurance company, not our office. There are many plan limitations and exemptions in your contracted insurance plan and there is no guarantee of coverage. We will utilize all resources available to cover your dental treatment. However, if your insurance company does not pay for a procedure then as the patient/guardian you are responsible for all payments and charges.
Payment is expected as per your financial arrangements. Please notify our office prior to your appointment to make payment arrangements if needed. Please inform our staff if you have any special needs prior to your appointment. Let us know if your contact information, insurance plan or medical history has changed since your last visit with us, so we may update your records promptly.
Understand that dental x-rays are a necessary tool to obtain a thorough examination and diagnosis. We do require deposits for all specialty appointments booked and general treatment appointments. These deposits are applied toward your scheduled procedures. We reserve lengthy “time slots” for these appointments. Contact our office by phone or e-mail two business days prior to your scheduled appointment(s) in order to avoid any cancellation fees. We value the time we have booked for you, if you are going to be late please call us to let us know immediately.
